Mark McQuater - Chief Executive
Mark is responsible for the overall strategic and day-to-day
management of the group. He was previously Managing Director of three
significant managed plc pub companies.

Jane Biss - Human Resources Director
Jane is responsible for personnel, training, recruitment,
pre-openings and other support services to our pubs. She was previously
HR Director with three managed pub businesses.

Steve Price - Property Director
Steve runs Barracuda's property activities, from new site
acquisitions to building and refurbishing pubs. He was previously in a
similar position at two large pub companies and a regional brewer.

Nick Morgan - Finance Director
Nick is responsible for the smooth running of the finance
department. He was previously a Finance Director within the leisure and
retail industry.

Richard Stringer - Operations Director
Richard runs the operations team that supports the nationwide pub business. He has undertaken a range of senior operational roles within Barracuda since 2001, prior to which he was with another national managed pub company.
