Barracuda Pub Group is a nationwide pub company that operates three key retail brands: Smith and Jones Pubs, Varsity and Cape.

With pubs in towns and cities all across England, Scotland and Wales, Barracuda Pub Group offers a relaxed and comfortable environment to enjoy award-winning food and drink.

In recent times we have invested in a number of high quality refurbishments throughout the estate. We have also diminished the Barracuda and Juniper brands and focused on both the food and drink offer of our Smith and Jones Pubs, Varsity and Cape brands.

Smith and Jones Pubs is an upmarket, authentic pub offering an appealing menu, an excellent range of wine and beer delivered through top quality service in classic, comfortable surroundings.

Varsity is an award-winning student-focused venue that has a popular presence in many university towns and cities across the UK. Its highly successful VCard customer loyalty scheme is unique in the market and is open to both students and non-students.

Launched in 2007, Cape operates in towns and city centre locations across the UK. Inspired by Cape Town from which its name derives, Cape is smart, colonial and cosmopolitan.
