Kate joins from RoadChef where she was Director of Catering and prior to that spent many years working with Whitbread and Laurel in the management of pub catering.

When Kate joins the managed pub company on 18th May she will head up a team of five to drive Barracuda’s food operation forward in terms of improved sales growth and menu development.  As a senior manager, Kate will report directly into Barracuda’s Chief Executive, Mark McQuater.
